Fiscally Conservative

We embrace fiscal conservatism because one foundation of a just society is truth and truth demands acknowledgment of budgetary limits. We embrace conservatism, too, in the sense of the importance of fundamental values that lie at the core of all the great world’s religions – gratitude, kindness, courage, self-mastery, diligence, responsibility, excellence. We believe in a simplified, efficient tax system. We believe it is unethical to pass on to future generations burdens of taxation that we are unwilling to shoulder ourselves.
